ROLE: HR Advisor
HOURS: 08:00-16:00, Monday -Friday
SALARY: £26,500-£30,000 dependent on skills and experience, plus benefits
BASE: Site Based. Prenton, CH43 3 DU
Vista Panels Ltd, part of the Eurocell Group. is a leading manufacturer and distributor of uPVC Panels and Composite doors. Situated on the North Cheshire Trading Estate in Prenton, we manufacture quality products which are delivered nationally.
We are currently looking for a HR Advisor to join our thriving team, based at our production and office site in Prenton, on the Wirral. This is a stand alone, site based HR role, but with strong links to a broader Group People function of Eurocell Plc.
The role will be responsible for the effective development, maintenance, delivery and management of Company HR Policies and Procedures, and managing the day to day BAU HR activity.

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR HR ADVISORS:

• HR Generalist Experience
• Level 5 CIPD could be a distinct advantage
• Able to work independently, using own initiative
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• GDPR awareness
• Strong IT skills
• Self-Motivated
• Adept at problem-solving, able to identify issues and resolve them
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the business
