Job Description

Gardline is looking for an experienced HR Advisor who is a strong team player, passionate about people and wants to be part of a dynamic forward-thinking team focused on creating a great place to work.
As HR Advisor you will be responsible for providing first-class support, advice and guidance to managers and employees across a range of employee relations topics in a way which drives high employee engagement and satisfaction across all Gardline and associated companies

Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class people centered employee relations support including manager and employee advice and guidance which drives high employee engagement and satisfaction across all of Gardline and associated companies.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and relevant and provide support, coaching and guidance to employees and managers to ensure the correct interpretation and application of
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on all aspects of people and performance management, in line with statutory, regulatory and Company policy requirements.
- Mange and process accurate and timely changes to terms and conditions such as job and pay changes as well as promotions, sabbaticals, secondments, parental leave etc
- Provide support on HR projects and other related initiatives as and when necessary.
- Prepare and produce HR reports such as monthly HR metrics, annual Gender Pay Gap plus any other reporting requirements as required.
- Play active role in audit preparation and participation as required.
- Undertake any task not specifically identified but which would be considered reasonable by a post holder and for which training, and development has or will be provided.
