Description:
Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Ormskirk
Duration: 3 months
Salary: negotiable depending on experience
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry on a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling various HR functions such as disciplinaries, investigations, audits and grievances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policies and legal regulations
- Lead investigations into employee misconduct or complaints, ensuring thoroughness and fairness
- Perform audits of HR processes and systems to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Manage employee grievances and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in handling disciplinaries, investigations, audits, grievances, and pro-rata salary calculations in a manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
