The Human Resource Services at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your opportunity

• Provide advice and assistance to the Health Service Executive, Line Management and staff on the breadth of workforce management and other Human Resources matters.
• Assist with the development and implementation of quality workforce management strategies congruent with achievement of business outcomes.
