Description:

We are searching for an HR Advisor/Manager to work for a well-known international Fintech company in Auckland. Enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same in a fun, corporate environment.
You will work alongside the Head of People and Culture and will solely manage the HR function for a small subsidiary of the company.
Main Responsibilities: As the HR Advisor/Manager, you will support the development and implementation of HR policies and strategies across our client’s office of 40 staff. Your duties will encompass recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, staff training, employee relations, performance management, and workplace health and safety. Additionally, you will oversee various HR-related administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
