Role Overview: 9 month Maternity cover
Responsibilities:
- Solid HR Generalist skills
- A comprehensive knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practice
- Effective use of our HRIS and developing continual improvements
- Experience of working with managers on Employee Relations across absence management and performance improvement plans
- Experience of working with different levels of stakeholder
- Assisting with performance reviews and appraisals including evaluating feedback and addressing training needs of employees
- Work closely with the team, be collaborative, ideas driven, positive, commercials and communicate this well
- Support and help deliver company and departmental goals
- Assist with admin and reporting and drive analysis from them
- Support Head of HR and the team across the business in all things HR
