Responsibilities:
Support key HR portfolios, based on need and the expertise of the successful candidate. These could include Onboarding, WHS, Injury/Return to Work and Workcover, Employee Relations, Award and EA interpretation.
Coach managers to be HR-aware and to manage their teams proactively and with best-practice.
Triage and respond to general HR enquiries in an efficient, effective and customer focused manner.
Assist with the onboarding and induction of new head office employees.
Coach and mentor trainees and university placement students on site.
Maintain excellent, detailed HR records.
Manage internal employee movements, including role changes, secondments and parental leave and coordinating with payroll
Assist with additional HR projects and engagement initiatives as required.
