Location: Ornua Foods UK, Leek
Hours: 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience

Are you an experienced HR Advisor with a wealth of ER experience looking for the challenge of taking a mission driven organisation to its next level of success?
Ornua is actively seeking a HR Advisor to join our dynamic HR team as we continue our growth trajectory. The HR Advisor will work closely with our Operational front- line managers and colleagues to improve and enhance line management skill and colleague experience.
As our HR Advisor, you will be the ER lead for the site, supporting managers to address issues appropriately.
This role will also have a strong focus on wellbeing activity and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

WHY THIS ROLE IS VALUABLE:

As our next HR advisor you will;
Support implementation of the HR plan for the business, working with client groups to ensure alignment with functional and business plans
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, adopting a coaching and training approach to continuously improve skills, understanding and people KPIs
Partner client groups to ensure great service and solutions across the full employee lifecycle
Provide expert advice across all people related matters and support people leaders with solutions; support managers to resolve complex ER issues in line with policy, legislation and business needs
Manage external services to ensure that these are optimised and communicated (e.g. Occupational Health, physiotherapy etc.)
Lead the wellbeing agenda, defining and communicating initiatives linked to people data and ER trends
Work closely with People Services to ensure that templates, forms and processes are maintained in line with legislation

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

CIPD qualified Significant and robust ER experience, thorough understanding of employment legislation HR generalist experience across the whole lifecycle, ideally working within a shared service model Personable, excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships, influence and negotiate to find positive solutions Self-motivated and focused on best practice customer service
