Responsibilities:
The newly created position of HR Advisor has become available to join our high performing team. This part-time/4 days per week role sits within our HR Solutions division working onsite with a premium client, to deliver our bespoke HR and Recruitment solution.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with professionals at all levels of both organisations and contribute to the overall success of the account. You will work closely with our broader team to support a range of HR functions and initiatives that will include (but are not limited to):
- Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies and assist with HR audits.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare relevant reports as needed.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend improvements to HR processes and procedures.
