Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide coaching and advice to people leaders (performance management, grievances, investigations and disciplinary action);
- Recruitment & Selection Support (coaching, job descriptions & contract development);
- Basic ability to interpret industrial instruments (i.e. awards)
- Administrative duties and reporting
- Induction Support & Employee Exits;
- Maintaining employee data and use of HRIS
- Change Management support; and
- Contribute to the development and success of key people initiatives (reward & recognition, wellbeing & induction programs)
- Providing support for Mergers and Acquisitions
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:
- Minimum of 1-2 years generalist experience in HR Coordinator and/or HR Advisory roles;
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, under pressure, and within tight deadlines;
- Demonstrated ER knowledge, skills, and experience;
- Ability to coach, influence, and enable leaders;
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills;
- Recruitment & Selection experience;
- Be Resilient and Solutions focused;
- Have the passion and ability to drive & deliver value-based initiatives; and
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline (or working towards completion)
