Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide coaching and advice to people leaders (performance management, grievances, investigations and disciplinary action);
  • Recruitment & Selection Support (coaching, job descriptions & contract development);
  • Basic ability to interpret industrial instruments (i.e. awards)
  • Administrative duties and reporting
  • Induction Support & Employee Exits;
  • Maintaining employee data and use of HRIS
  • Change Management support; and
  • Contribute to the development and success of key people initiatives (reward & recognition, wellbeing & induction programs)
  • Providing support for Mergers and Acquisitions

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years generalist experience in HR Coordinator and/or HR Advisory roles;
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, under pressure, and within tight deadlines;
  • Demonstrated ER knowledge, skills, and experience;
  • Ability to coach, influence, and enable leaders;
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills;
  • Recruitment & Selection experience;
  • Be Resilient and Solutions focused;
  • Have the passion and ability to drive & deliver value-based initiatives; and
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline (or working towards completion)
