You will be working as an HR advisor supported by an HR Administrator and working in an inclusive HR team. This role has arisen through an internal promotion and the Charity is growing and evolving offering more opportunities for your future career development. They will appoint on experience and can support your CIPD studies if you have not yet achieved this.
Responsibilities:
- Providing an exceptional HR service to colleagues and managers across the organisation regarding all aspects of the employee life cycle
- Knowledgeable about our Clients policies and procedures and give advice to managers and employees about how they should be implemented
- Responding to a range of queries, you will provide pragmatic advice to enable managers to successfully resolve employee relations issues covering a broad range of HR matters. These may include probation, attendance, performance management and leaver processes.
- You will also act as an HR business partner and implement processes to provide ongoing support to those areas of the organisation that require more regular HR input and guidance
- Draft occupational health reports
- Support the HR team with project work
- Oversee the HR operations inbox and coach the HR Administrators when necessary
- Support the Head of HR and HR Manager with reporting and data analysis
