Description:

Location: Grantham
Contract: 12 Months Fixed Term
Hours: 39 hours per week
Salary: £30,300.24
Information: Role to be Grantham based with Hybrid working after passing 6 month probation

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Ideally CIPD qualified
  • Extensive experience of ER case work
  • Ideally having worked in the social care sector but this is not essential
  • Experience of working across multiple sites/companies/stakeholders
  • Strong problem solver
  • Able to influence and persuade in collaborative manner
  • Able to build strong business relationships
  • Can demonstrate analytical skills and provide narrative

Responsibilities:

The HR Advisor will form effective relationships with the frontline managers in the different subsidiaries that they support. They will bring to the team, an extensive practice and understanding of Employment Relations to support and guide managers in how to best manage cases.
The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing support and guidance on Disciplinaries, Grievances, Absence Management, Changes to T&C¿s of contract and supporting the HR Business Partner with TUPE along with other HR duties.
The person will need to have good and varied communication skills and levels, they will need to be motivated and have an energy to help move things forward and suggest more efficient ways of working. They will need to be able to plan their workload whilst also being able to be flexible and re-prioritise where necessary.
