Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze data accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing HR data, including employee demographics, performance metrics, and compensation information.
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare and generate reports on various HR metrics, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Assist with the administration of employee surveys, including distributing surveys, collecting responses, and analyzing results.
- Collaborate with HR team members to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes and programs.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support the continuous improvement of HR functions.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports for HR meetings and executive reviews.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information and adhere to data protection regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
