Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is experienced and passionate about all things systems and data relating to HR, Talent, Recruitment and Engagement to join our team. In this role you will leverage your natural interest and understanding of HRIS and data analysis to optimise our processes and systems.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to significantly influence a newly implemented system SAP Success Factors requiring elevated support, ensuring its success and efficiency, whilst contributing meaningful analysis to our ambitious People Strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on our HR systems, to provide guidance and information to businesses on system capabilities for: HRIS, including Self Service, Talent & Performance Management, Onboarding and Learning modules
- Maintain the HRIS, including updating employee records and communicating with the organisation about upcoming changes.
- Work with the system administrators to ensure the HRIS is kept up to date and data accuracy is maintained.
- Monitor and support new projects and module implementation including country rollouts with requirements gathering exercises.
- Carry out global administration and maintenance activities within the SuccessFactors system across all modules, working with internal colleagues and 3rd party vendors as required.
- Supporting businesses in the use of dashboards and reporting. Focus on quantitative and qualitative data analytics to find insights and meaningful business outcomes
- Providing guidance to Managers and Colleagues on the relevant HRIS tools and modules to improve the Employee Experience
- Actively manage the applicant tracking system that facilitates and manages the hiring process using data analytics to understand how we hire across a global organisation
