My client is an organisation that serves as a bridge between workers and employers. They are currently looking for a HR Analyst to join their growing team.
about the job

As the HR Analyst in the Planning, Strategy and Data Analytics team, you will will be responsible to:-

  • Engage multiple stakeholders including government agencies to conduct evidence-based studies, data analytics and implementing effective strategies
  • Facilitate discussions and developing effective measures and strategies for the organisation’s needs
  • Conduct data-driven studies and market research of industry groups, worker segments, overall employment and employability landscape, and/or ad hoc studies to identify latest trends and opportunities
  • Assist to support the senior management in new matters that arise by making sense of emerging issues and gaps, as well as corporate and strategy matters, including monitoring and tracking KPIs
  • Organise and conduct annual corporate planning sessions and seminars, as well as ad hoc brainstorming sessions to conceptualise the overall work-plan
  • Communicate the overall corporate strategy, provide analysis and relevant insights to support and guide management in decision-making
  • Prepare and present regular reports and topical presentations to the senior management, involved in staffing work; which encompasses preparing minutes for the senior management
  • Oversee, maintain and track clean data to be utilised for data analysis
  • Other ad-duties assigned

skills and experience required

  • Bachelor Degree in HR Analytics, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR Analytics
  • Strong project management and ability to negotiate with stakeholders (both external and internal) at all levels
  • Self-motivated and driven team-player with excellent communication skills
  • Competent user of Microsoft Excel, proficiency in Microsoft Power BI will be advantageous
