An international bank is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented candidate for an HR Analyst job for their shared service team in Singapore. KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree/diploma from a recognised institution
  • Professional human resources designation or equivalent work experience is preferred
  • At least three to five years of human resources work experiences preferably in the banking industry
  • Fast learner with a keen eye for detail
  • Good understanding of human resources policies and practices including compensation and benefit programmes
  • Good interpersonal skills with well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated flexibility and good organisational skills to effectively deal with multiple demands and changing priorities
  • Good understanding of local employment regulations

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE HR ANALYST - SHARED SERVICE ROLE:

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be part of the HR Shared Services team, contributing to achieving business objectives by building and maintaining a capable workforce committed to delivering the company’s strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader bank relationships, systems, and knowledge
  • Ensure all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures
  • Actively pursue effective and efficient operations of respective areas while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to, and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls
  • Manage HR operations including On-boarding, Employee Life Cycle, Off-boarding processes
  • Liaise with external vendor for employment pass-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements by keeping abreast of the latest legislations
  • Administer Payroll Operations ensuring accuracy of employee salaries, benefits, CPF payment, and local tax reporting
    To succeed in this HR Analyst - Shared Service role, you must play a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive work environment that values collaboration and commitment. Your role will involve managing various aspects of HR operations including on-boarding, employee life cycle management, off-boarding processes as well as payroll operations.
