Job Description:
SUMMARY: With supervision, coordinates, compiles, evaluates, and analyzes training and professional development data; presents findings and makes recommendations as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. In lieu of degree, applicants with 5+ years of related experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a related position.
  • Experience with an HRIS and LMS required. Paylocity preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of recordkeeping practices.
  • Excellent planning, time management, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicates with appropriate parties to establish and coordinate training schedules for professional development opportunities.
  • Manages the logistics and coordination for professional development and supplemental education activities.
  • Sets up, collects, and maintains attendance and data from training sessions to input into LMS/HRIS system.
  • Maintains effective training related communication and collaborates with all applicable parties.
  • Evaluates and analyzes data to determine efficacy, trends, and measurable outcomes.
  • Identifies learning resource gaps and training needs analysis.
  • Prepares presentations for results reporting.
  • Presents findings to Director of HR and/or other leadership.
