Description:

We are looking for an analytical and systems savvy HR Analyst to our Total Rewards and HRIS team to provide process, system and reporting support to HR leadership. You will report to the Head of Total Rewards and HRIS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Head of Total Rewards in defined Compensation & Benefits (C&B) processes
  • HR reporting and data analysis
  • Preparing presentations on HR data
  • Support HRIS team in collecting, auditing and testing data in Workday

We require HR Analyst to have 1-3 years experience in a C&B role, or similar data-driven HR role. Ideally, you have worked in an international environment. You should have strong skills in modern HR systems (preferably Workday) and be able to analyze and report large amounts of data. You have a can-do attitude, ability to work independently and good at collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant education
  • Understanding of HR data and HR processes, specifically related to C&B processes
  • Experience with Workday (or similar HR system)
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Good skills in PowerPoint
  • Eligibility to work in Finland
