Description:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required; from a regionally accredited college or university.

Experience:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the areas of HR and HR Reporting and three (3) years of data quality and architecture, People Analytics, Project Management, Advanced Power Bi, Agile ( SCRUM ), or business process analysis experience.
  • Must have proficiency with Business Intelligence software, data analytics and visualization tools, and/or database programming, such as Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx, QlikView, Splunk, Hyperion or Cognos.
  • Experience with creating executive-level reports, decks and dashboards using PowerPoint and data visualization software in a way that requires the ability to analyze and synthesize information from a multitude of sources and develop appropriate and actionable recommendations for leaders that demonstrate ability to influence without authority.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to produce analyses and reports independently while managing multiple projects with limited supervision and making well informed priority trade-offs.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and work in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Ability to pose questions and then devise strategies to analyze the data to answer them.
  • Ability to leverage data and analytical capabilities to create key decision support tools (executive presentations, business cases, white papers).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Seven (7) years of experience in the areas of HR and HR Reporting
  • MBA, Data Scientist or I/O psychologist preferred.
  • Management Consulting experience preferred.
  • Advanced capabilities in MS Excel and Power BI.
  • Project Management – Ability to manage projects to ensure successful delivery (on time, within budget, meeting agreed upon success criteria), business case, develop and manage project plans, allocate resources, identify potential issues/risks, and develop contingency plans.

Job Duties

DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTY

  • Empower and improve data environment, reporting, and processes while actively working across the larger team to ensure efforts are well understood across COE , HR Business partners, and mission area partner groups.
  • Act as internal business consultant by participating in the strategic reporting planning process with COE leaders and business partners and having a strong focus on synthesizing large data sets into actionable insights.
  • Supports the standup of new data infrastructure and automated reporting frameworks (including documentation for long term business continuity) that will enable leaders to make better decisions through analytics, reporting and consultative support across all areas of the COE as team scope expands and new programs are stood up.
  • Leverage basic understanding of people/HR analytics by turning large volumes of data into insights through SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Support various phases of the HR data analysis lifecycle – including extracting large and complex datasets through programs and queries; aggregating data into business intelligence tools; interpreting the results using statistical and strategic analyses; and developing/maintaining visually impactful reports, models, and executive-level presentations

Immunization

IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS

It is MSM’s Immunization policy that all Prospective Employees are required to provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to commencement of employment. Support various phases of the HR data analysis lifecycle – including extracting large and complex datasets through programs and queries; aggregating data into business intelligence tools; interpreting the results using statistical and strategic analyses; and developing/maintaining visually impactful reports, models, and executive-level presentations.
This position will be part of the HR Technology and Operations team. The focus of this role will be aimed at supporting the implementation of an institutional strategy for HR Business Intelligence, driving key deliverables to execution such as HR dashboards and reports.
The successful candidate shall possess experience in the areas of HR, HR Reporting, data quality and architecture, People Analytics, Project Management, Advanced Power Bi, Agile (SCRUM), business process analysis and should display ability to influence and drive change in a global organization.
This position is on site and located in Atlanta, GA.
