Description:
The HR and Employee Experience Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Human Resources department by facilitating various HR functions and processes. This position requires a blend of administrative and coordination skills, interpersonal skills, customer service, and a high level of professionalism and maturity. The HR Coordinator also supports various Employee Experience initiatives. This role provides a proactive approach and adaptability to effectively support various HR initiatives and creating a positive culture for the Human Resources department.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or equivalent Coordinator experience.
KEY SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Proven planning and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong detail-orientation, with the ability to produce high quality materials for the Executive Team.
- Ability to create project plans, schedules, and manage programs; experience with Asana a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Comfortable and effective at interacting with all levels of the organization.
- Strong ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion and maturity.
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support for HR office including FedEx mailing, supply room management, office supply ordering, calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, meeting support, and expense reporting.
- Processes invoices in Fiori/SAP, new vendor requests, and create purchase orders.
- Conducts company-wide distribution of birthday and anniversary cards and reports.
- Prepares reports and presentations including, the Executive Team.
- Distributes our Star Award program certifications company wide, as well as audit the program.
- Records documents to the electronic employee file system for accessibility.
- Supports the Employee Experience programs such as Excellence Awards, onboarding, engagement surveys, community service, and recognition programs.
