Who we`re looking for

HOME INSTEAD IS LOOKING FOR HR & EMPLOYMENT LAW CONSULTANT WHO WILL PROVIDE HR SUPPORT TO THE HOME INSTEAD NETWORK FOR ALL PEOPLE PROCESSES WITH BELOW MENTIONED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATION

  • Strong experience in IR matters and understanding of Employment Legislations
  • Experience and working knowledge of WRC, TU procedures
  • Degree in Human Resource is from Irish university/ College is essential. And CIPD qualification will be preferred but not essential.
  • 3-4 years of experience in similar role like HR & IR Consultant or HR Advisor is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal & influencing skills with the ability to build effective relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Strong working knowledge of Irish employment law is required;
  • Self-motivated & resilient with the capacity to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail.

What you`ll do

  • Assist organizations in developing, implementing, and updating their HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring policies align with legal requirements, industry best practices, and the specific needs of the organization.
  • Provide guidance to local offices on handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and conflict resolution.
  • Assist in workforce planning, succession planning, organizational restructuring, and change management initiatives.
  • Assist in designing strategic HR polices & plans that enhances employee experience & well being, further ensuring and assisting in smooth implementation of this polices in local offices.
  • Partner with key stakeholders & assist organization to establish performance metrics, conduct performance evaluations, and develop performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Prepare reports and present insights to management, assisting them in making informed decisions related to HR strategies and initiatives.
