Description:

HR AND HS ADMINISTRATOR

This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit team. We are seeking someone who will go above and beyond to ensure our staff are set up for success from the get-go. We need someone who is a fabulous multitasker as this role has many facets. This role needs to ensure our staff H&S is fabulous and our Human Resources and Compliance obligations are met to a high standard.

What we offer:

  • 7.30-4.00, 5 days per week. 6-8 months to cover maternity leave.

What you’ll bring:

  • Have experience in Compliance and/or some aspects of H&S and HR.
  • You will have fantastic leadership skills and be able to inspire and motivate people.
  • You enjoy a fast-paced industry where no two days are the same.
  • A fabulous attitude, honesty is incredibly important within our team.
  • Knowledge of the timber manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
  • Good working knowledge of the MS Office products is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Compliance is kept up to date and any issues dealt with immediately.
  • Be the main contact with MPI for issues, enquiries and auditing.
  • Be the driving force of H&S, oversee and prepare procedures of what and how things are done to ensure they are being done in a safe manner.
  • Assist with Human Resources requirements as needed.
  • Display a high level of trust, loyalty and integrity.
