Description:

Our global ecosystem includes a market-leading exchange and offers 360-degree services to crypto market participants, including retail and enterprise crypto holders, as well as professional traders and financial institutions.
We have an excellent opportunity for an HR Manager who is keen to combine overseeing HR day-to-day operations and managing talent development programmes delivering L&D strategy across CEX.IO entities.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day HR-related inquiries from line management and employees and provide them with effective resolutions to their queries/issues in the following areas: Employment terms and conditions, HR policies and Company procedures, Employee leave and benefit programs.
  • Assist in reviewing, analyzing, and updating company policies and practices to ensure they continue supporting the company’s needs.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to understand training needs analysis.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, either in collaboration with subject matter experts or independently.
  • Design and deliver training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and workshops; constantly update and develop training materials, resources, and content to enhance the learning experience.
  • Ensure report management on all training activities following the regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and metrics, make improvements, and develop tailored training plans if necessary.
  • Create and maintain L&D policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Explore and implement innovative tools to enhance the delivery of learning programs, leveraging learning management systems (LMS) to streamline training administration and tracking.

Requirements:

  • Experience in designing and putting into action learning and development plans preferably within an international company.
  • Previous L&D experience within the fintech/crypto industry and a confident understanding of regulatory requirements in the industry will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence in a complex, international organisation.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex subjects and translate them into training materials.
  • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies.
  • Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Capability for independent research and self-directed work.
  • Tech savvy and ready to learn.

Familiarity with the following tools:

  • Learning Management Systems (LMS) for organizing and delivering training content (e.g. KnowBe4, Google Classroom)
  • Presentation software for creating training materials (e.g., Google Slides, Camtasia).
  • Survey and feedback tools for collecting training feedback (e.g., SurveyMonkey).
  • Analytics platforms for tracking training metrics and performance.
