Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in Management, Administration or relevant
- At least 1 year experience on similar position
- Experience working with SAP
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of Polish Labour Law will be an asset

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth run of wide range of administrative tasks and operations
- Organize, manage and coordinate meetings, events and conferences for our management, customers and suppliers
- Supporting the international communication including preparing newsletters, materials, presentations for the purposes of communication in the Cracow office
- Induction of new commers in the office standards and procedures
- Finance coordination for Krakow related invoices
- SAP operations – creations of PRs, registration of invoices, delivery approvals
- Travel Tool administration
- Management of leasing cars and pool cars and fuel cards
- Participation in the implementation of company’s EB strategy
- Supporting Site management in other activities when needed
- Support of HR related tasks
