Description:
Our client provides online trading services specializing in Contracts for Difference (CFDs) for offshore clients. This company offers a dynamic and innovative platform for trading various financial instruments, catering to the diverse needs of traders globally. Due to expansion, we are seeking a motivated and experienced HR and EA Generalist to join the team and provide administrative support to the business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR) Functions:
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain employee records, including personal information, contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Create ideas to facilitate training and development programs for employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Executive Assistant (EA) Functions:
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with project management tasks and follow-up on action items.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed.
General Administrative Support:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain organizational systems and files.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in English and Mandarin).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
