Description:

Our client provides online trading services specializing in Contracts for Difference (CFDs) for offshore clients. This company offers a dynamic and innovative platform for trading various financial instruments, catering to the diverse needs of traders globally. Due to expansion, we are seeking a motivated and experienced HR and EA Generalist to join the team and provide administrative support to the business operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR) Functions:

  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records, including personal information, contracts, and performance evaluations.
  • Create ideas to facilitate training and development programs for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Executive Assistant (EA) Functions:

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with project management tasks and follow-up on action items.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed.

General Administrative Support:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Maintain organizational systems and files.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in English and Mandarin).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
