We are looking for an organised and personable administrator who is passionate about providing a great service. You will already have proven experience of either recruitment or HR administration. Excellent interpersonal skills and IT skills are also key.

Responsibilities:

Working as part of a friendly, proactive HR team you will support on every aspect of HR and Recruitment administration. You will be responsible for:

  • Co-ordinating all recruitment and onboarding activity including advertising roles, arranging interviews, creating offers of employment, carrying out pre-employment checks and arranging induction.
  • Maintaining the HR System (UKG) and processing all starters, leavers and contract changes.
  • Providing reports to measure and track key HR metrics.
  • Being the note taker at formal investigation meetings.
  • Supporting HR Administration across the full employee life cycle.
  • Carrying out exit interviews and analysing trends.
