Description:
Our client a leading technology firm is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of HR & Talent Acquisition Manager at their Dubai-based office.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Native Hindi speaker is essential
- Progressive experience in HR and talent acquisition roles, in a managerial capacity/
- Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and selection techniques.
- Working knowledge of all UAE Labor laws.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant HR technology platforms.
- Proficient in English.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for IT/ Technology focussed roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on effective hiring practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations.
- Implement employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee the performance management process including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
