Description:

Our client a leading technology firm is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of HR & Talent Acquisition Manager at their Dubai-based office.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Native Hindi speaker is essential
  • Progressive experience in HR and talent acquisition roles, in a managerial capacity/
  • Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and selection techniques.
  • Working knowledge of all UAE Labor laws.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant HR technology platforms.
  • Proficient in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for IT/ Technology focussed roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on effective hiring practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations.
  • Implement employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Develop and implement employee retention strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the performance management process including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
