Description:
A Human Resources and Team housing Coordinator, coordinates and implements department activities and projects, as assigned. Provides clerical and office support and assistance to department management.
To be a great host for team members staying in our team member accommodation by providing an outstanding brand-specific ´guest experience´ from arrival to departure.

- Communicate clearly and constructively with other team members to help deliver great team member experiences at team member accommodation
- Be a role model for others by demonstrating passionate, friendly brand-specific team member service at all times
- Ensure you pro-actively support colleagues in operations departments where required
- Provide constructive suggestions/feedback to your Line Manager on products, processes and procedures to contribute to our continuous improvement efforts related to our team member accommodation
- Be aware of planned team meetings and learning sessions and attend as required
- Volunteer to participate in company campaigns like Travel with Purpose or Team Member committees
- Execute any other duties as assigned by the People Operations Manager and / or Chief HostTM Accommodation Specifics
- Prepare for new arrivals in the team member accommodation in time
- Provide a caring, authentic welcome experience to new arrivals in the team member accommodation
- Provide a friendly and thoughtful farewell experience to colleagues leaving the team member accommodation
- Ensure that team member accommodation is clean, well maintained and attractively presented
- Arrange repairs where required, ensuring a speedy resolution to any problems that may arise
- Liaise with housekeeping regarding accommodation requirements
- Provide accommodation residents with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems, and in resolving escalated complaints or disputes
- Help create a work and living space for our team members that allows them to thrive and be happy
- Listen to feedback from residents and be creative and pro-active with regards to making improvements to team member accommodation
- Report problems related to team member accommodation or disputes amongst residents without delay to the People Operations Manager
- Ensure the highest level of health, safety and environmental care is taken in all areas of the team member accommodation
- Ensure that team member accommodation residents feel safe and secure
Responsibilities:
- Previous experience in or equivalent role
