Responsibilities:

OF ROLE

Working towards a CIPD Level 3 HR you will work within the HR team (Talent)to deliver a wide range of activities to support the Talent team and talent acquisition activities from general administration, sourcing, copywriting and ensuring systems are updated accurately and effectively.
You will support the Talent Partner and HR Operations team as well as liaise with managers across the business with general queries, responding within agreed Service Level Agreements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting Talent team with administration duties (booking interviews, updating systems, BPSS reviews).
  • Supporting Talent through learning using sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Databases etc) to source relevant candidates for campaigns.
  • Supporting recruitment marketing and branding efforts through updating current platforms (website/Glassdoor etc) with relevant content.
  • Supporting reporting efforts and helping the team deliver insight and market knowledge across the HR and the wider business.
  • Support wider initiatives helping improve processes and DE&I projects.
  • Build strong relationship within the HR team and department managers across the business.
  • Update the HR system at all stages of a candidate’s lifecycle. Producing relevant reports for relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist the broader HR team for wider initiatives/projects etc.
  • Learn HR/Recruitment system administration to ensure records are compliant and can produce basic reports and distribute to relevant stakeholders for regular meetings (monthly/quarterly/annual).
