Responsibilities:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Learning and Development Assistant to join our Exeter office on a permanent basis. This role will sit within the HR Hub in our brilliant HR department; supporting the Learning & Development (L&D) team in delivering an effective service to the firm, through the efficient organisation and coordination of administration training and events. The role will also provide efficient administration to support the generalist HR Hub team.
We see this role as being essential to the smooth running of the L&D and wider HR team, so this is an exciting opportunity to join the fold and make a valuable contribution!
You will provide generalist L&D administration support including data input, preparing and generating reporting information and co-ordinating training events and sessions for the L&D team. You will assist in maintaining the Learning Hub System to ensure all employee data is accurate, updating relevant details and training records. This role will also be supporting the annual co-ordination of the L&D delivery plan, liaising with different stakeholders and departments within the firm; and completing the associated paperwork. You will have ownership of the Learning Hub Inbox, responding to queries and requests within a timely manner.
Although this role is the lead administrative support to the L&D team, you will also be required to provide support and cover for the wider HR Hub team and department, including updating the People Hub HR system and assisting with relevant HR projects.
