JOB DESCRIPTION
The leading infrastructure recruitment specialist are looking for a HR Assistant, to join a global leader in construction sector for one of Norway’s technical infrastructure projects involving roads, tunnels, bridges, drill and blast works.

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in HR Department
- English and Norwegian, other languages of advantage
- Customer oriented mindset, can-do approach
- Able to communicate with workers

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain employment records related to (hiring, leaves, transfers, or promotion, etc.)
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations in connection to workers
- Administer personnel recruitment and hiring activities, both own personnel and rented workforce
- Conduct the recruitment process with applicants and personnel agencies
- Review and evaluate applicant’s qualifications and eligibility for specific licensing, according to the legal requirements
- Support the process of obtaining HSE card or any relevant registrations (ID registration, tax registration, police registration)
- Prepare attendance and payroll in compliance with WEA and OPA guidelines
- Being first point of contact for construction workers with regards to their duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, etc.
- Prepare and coordinate shift rotation schemes, logistics related to the rotations (camp, food, transportation etc.)
- Prepare operational reports
