Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma holder
  • Minimum 1-year of relevant experience in HR administration.
  • A good team player with a responsible and positive working attitude and the ability to multi-task.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and interact with staff of all levels.
  • Candidates with no relevant experience but with an administrative background will be considered
  • Uniform provided.Class 3 driver’s license.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs day-to-day broad range of HR activities including proper filing of documents
  • Assisting with the process of recruitment such as, screening candidates, assist with scheduling interview, and issuing employment contracts
  • Handle benefits and claims administration
  • Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records
  • Generates and maintain regular HR reports as requiredHandle any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
