ABOUT YOU

As well as having excellent organisational skills, a good knowledge of Excel, and meticulous attention to detail, we are looking for someone capable of prioritising a busy agenda and who takes the utmost pride in their work.
Whilst previous experience in HR would be beneficial, it is not an essential factor for us when considering the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

As an HR Assistant you will play an integral part in the employee life-cycle for everyone working at Foxtons. You’ll have exposure to all departments and will work closely with the most senior people in the company to ensure that all our teams are supported, developed, and recognised for their contributions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the HR inbox and acting as a point of contact for day-to-day operational HR issues
  • Updating and maintaining the HR database
  • Supporting the new starter on-boarding process from start to finish
  • Liaising with Payroll on new starter documentation
  • Preparing documentation relating to employment matters such as promotions, job changes, references, benefits, and pay
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to the HR team
  • Providing relative information required for the successful processing of Payroll
  • Providing support for Company inductions
  • Processing employee absences
  • Handling first line employee requests relating to Company policyConducting exit interviews and processing leavers
