HR Assistant

We have a fantastic opportunity for a part-time HR Assistant to join our team at the Kilkenny River Court Hotel. This is normally based on a 3-day week.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience of advising line managers on Human Resources issues.
• Experience of maintaining comprehensive records.
• Able to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts at all levels.
• Can work to deadlines and within defined standards.
• Proficient use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information.

• Highly organised and methodical approach.
• Works well under pressure and to set deadlines.
• Attention to detail - ensures accurate delivery of information in a timely and effective manner.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
