Description:

The HR Assistant position is a full-time role based in Singapore. Your main responsibility consist of recruitment and providing support to management.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing recruiting support such as reviewing resumes, conducting and scheduling interviews, hiring, and following up with candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate onboarding/offboarding sessions.
  • Compile and process employee documentation and records, and keep the employee database up to date.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Assist office manager with formulating policies, procedures, and changes, as well as communicating all updates to employees.
  • Collaborate with insurance providers and other benefit vendors.
  • Implement activities and programs to enhance the overall well-being of employees.

Requirements:

  • Up to 1-2 years of working experience
  • Diploma in Human Resource/ Business Admin and above
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fast paced working environment
  • Responsible, meticulous, multi-tasker, self-initiative, resourceful, good team player

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent (Preferred)

EXPERIENCE:

  • Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)
