Description:
The HR Assistant position is a full-time role based in Singapore. Your main responsibility consist of recruitment and providing support to management.
Responsibilities:
- Providing recruiting support such as reviewing resumes, conducting and scheduling interviews, hiring, and following up with candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate onboarding/offboarding sessions.
- Compile and process employee documentation and records, and keep the employee database up to date.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Assist office manager with formulating policies, procedures, and changes, as well as communicating all updates to employees.
- Collaborate with insurance providers and other benefit vendors.
- Implement activities and programs to enhance the overall well-being of employees.
Requirements:
- Up to 1-2 years of working experience
- Diploma in Human Resource/ Business Admin and above
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fast paced working environment
- Responsible, meticulous, multi-tasker, self-initiative, resourceful, good team player
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s or equivalent (Preferred)
EXPERIENCE:
- Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)
