ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our fast-paced startup team at Otamiser. If you have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in HR administration, and a solid grasp of payroll, employment contracts, and HR policies, you could be the perfect addition. This role is essential in building and maintaining our HR operations, ensuring seamless processes as we grow.
Responsibilities:
- Manage essential HR administrative tasks, including payroll processing and meticulous maintenance of employee records.
- Draft and maintain accurate employment contracts that comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures tailored to our local and international teams.
- Support the recruitment process by facilitating smooth onboarding processes.
- Coordinate training sessions and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards in handling sensitive HR information with discretion and integrity.
- Utilize HR analytics to gather insights and inform strategic decisions that drive organizational growth.
