QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1-3 years of experience of admin experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or a Diploma in Human Resources or a combination of relevant education and experience
- Must be proficient working with Microsoft Office
- Experience working with a HRIS system, such as ADP Work Force Now or equivalent
- Must be able to complete administrative tasks accurately and meet deadline expectations
CERTIFICATES AND/OR LICENSES REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to obtain a valid GPEB License
- Ability to complete all required online BCLC Certifications

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team
- Accurately maintain and update HRIS system with attention to detail
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure all employee information is accurately recorded
- Maintain, update and file employee records in both the HRIS system and employee files
- Provide a warm and inviting atmosphere for all Associates as the initial contact person in the HR Office
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks, manage career fairs
- Assist with on-boarding new employees including new hire paperwork and new employee orientation presentations
- Assist with organizing and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs
- Prepare monthly reports to ensure compliance with all mandatory training and legislative requirements
- Assist in planning/running employee engagement events and activities
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, providing administrative support and contributing ideas
- Respond to all request in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with all operations of the Human Resources office, including completing other duties as assigned
