Description:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of HR experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in human resources/administrative position.
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
- Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Good understanding of labor legislation particularly regarding employment contracts, employee leaves, benefits administration, etc., specific to Mexico.
- Strong interpersonal skills with aptitude in problem-solving desire to work as part of a team.
- Strong communication abilities,
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in English preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting screening interviews, and coordinating hiring efforts with managers.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves of absence, compensation, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and keep abreast of changes in local employment laws.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Participate in HR projects.
- Support processing payroll incidents.
