Description:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of HR experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in human resources/administrative position.
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
  • Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Good understanding of labor legislation particularly regarding employment contracts, employee leaves, benefits administration, etc., specific to Mexico.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with aptitude in problem-solving desire to work as part of a team.
  • Strong communication abilities,
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proficiency in English preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting screening interviews, and coordinating hiring efforts with managers.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves of absence, compensation, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and keep abreast of changes in local employment laws.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Participate in HR projects.
  • Support processing payroll incidents.
