Our HR team is looking for a new HR Associate. We are looking for a team player and someone that is approachable and creative in their HR role.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:
- BS degree in Human Resources or BS degree with 1 year HR experience, preferred
- Must be organized and personable
- Must be able to keep information confidential
- Needs to be motivated to continue learning
- Basic Microsoft Office 365 experience a plus
- Experience with Paylocity or other HRIS positions preferred

Responsibilities:
- Recruits for warehouse positions, including posting the position, reviewing resumes, phone screening applicants, setting up interviews, participating in interviews and sending offer letters.
- Processes background checks and employment verifications.
- Onboards and supports new employees.
- Help standardize and improve HR processes and policies.
- Supports the Swing Shift Team.
- Assesses job descriptions for accuracy.
- Updates and audits electronic employee files to ensure compliance.
- Answers general HR-related inquiries and responds to questions or concerns in a timely manner.
- Assists HR Manager with administrative tasks.
- Helps HR team with HR led initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
