Our HR team is looking for a new HR Associate. We are looking for a team player and someone that is approachable and creative in their HR role.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

  • BS degree in Human Resources or BS degree with 1 year HR experience, preferred
  • Must be organized and personable
  • Must be able to keep information confidential
  • Needs to be motivated to continue learning
  • Basic Microsoft Office 365 experience a plus
  • Experience with Paylocity or other HRIS positions preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Recruits for warehouse positions, including posting the position, reviewing resumes, phone screening applicants, setting up interviews, participating in interviews and sending offer letters.
  • Processes background checks and employment verifications.
  • Onboards and supports new employees.
  • Help standardize and improve HR processes and policies.
  • Supports the Swing Shift Team.
  • Assesses job descriptions for accuracy.
  • Updates and audits electronic employee files to ensure compliance.
  • Answers general HR-related inquiries and responds to questions or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Assists HR Manager with administrative tasks.
  • Helps HR team with HR led initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
