Description:

Join our team at DARLING’S AUTO GROUP as we seek to add an HR Benefits Administrator to our Human Resources department to assist in providing support to our 600+ employees.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to comprehend data and information accurately
  • Established ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively handle highly sensitive and personal information with sound judgment, tact, and discretion
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
  • Payroll experience is a plus!

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct new hire onboarding, background checks and employee eligibility verifications
  • Process benefit enrollments, IRS qualifying life events, and COBRA
  • Weekly payroll processing
  • Reconcile monthly billings from insurance providers
  • Process and administer leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork, including FMLA, STD and LTD
  • Workers’ Comp reporting and compliance
  • OSHA reporting
