Description:
Join our team at DARLING’S AUTO GROUP as we seek to add an HR Benefits Administrator to our Human Resources department to assist in providing support to our 600+ employees.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Comprehensive knowledge of employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to comprehend data and information accurately
- Established ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively handle highly sensitive and personal information with sound judgment, tact, and discretion
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
- Payroll experience is a plus!

Responsibilities:
- Conduct new hire onboarding, background checks and employee eligibility verifications
- Process benefit enrollments, IRS qualifying life events, and COBRA
- Weekly payroll processing
- Reconcile monthly billings from insurance providers
- Process and administer leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork, including FMLA, STD and LTD
- Workers’ Comp reporting and compliance
- OSHA reporting
