Safran Helicopter Engines UK Ltd are being supported by PETA Ltd to recruit and train an enthusiastic HR Business Apprentice to join their HR team. This is a full-time apprenticeship role working Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00 on a 15-month contract.

YOUR NEW ROLE:

As a HR Business Apprentice with Safran, you will be working within an engineering/manufacturing organisation. You will support the HR team to provide a full generalist HR service. You will learn how to:

  • Provide HR support to managers, employees and rest of the HR team
  • Ensure the efficiency of the HR processes and practices
  • Ensure the application of HR policies, practices and rules

COULD THIS BE THE IDEAL ROLE FOR ME?

As this is an apprenticeship role, no experience is required! However, our ideal HR Business Apprentice will require great communication skills, resilience and a keen eye for detail. To be considered for the role, you will also need:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems including word, excel and outlook
  • A proactive approach to work

Please note GCSEs in Maths and English with at least a grade C / 4 are required.
