HR BUSINESS PARTNER (STRATEGIC TALENT PARTNER)
The Talent Team sits within our Core Business Services (CBS) function, providing crucial support to EY Ireland’s 4,000+ employee strong workforce. SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS

Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the implementation of the core annual talent processes in relation to leadership development, performance management, retention, pay review and engagement making sure that data accuracy and timelines are kept
- Work with the business to create, tailor and support delivery of talent agenda for designated EY Service Lines
- Proactively drive change initiatives searching for an opportunity for structuring, optimizing and unifying approach where possible and justified
- Use data to create insights in order to generate ideas and solutions
- Acts as a trusted advisor to the business leaders providing guidance and coaching on key people aspects including employee relations matters and performance management challenges
- Work collaboratively with other colleagues in Talent Team to shape and deliver an exceptional employee experience through full employee lifecycle
- Provides insights on current people issues and has a challenging robust point of view on business decisions and their impact on people
- Supports our drive to be an inclusive employer valuing diversity and inclusion
TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE YOU MUST HAVE
- At least 5 years’ experience as a HR Business Partner working with senior management teams having brought about considerable behavioural change that has resulted in improved business performance, ideally in Professional Services
- Successful achievement of professional qualifications and/or education to third level degree where these can be shown to have played a significant role in career success to date
- Advanced knowledge of MS office skills
