Amica Care Trust offers a range of friendly, welcoming and professional support services, including occasional day care, to assisted living providing the independence many of our resident’s desire, through to specialist dementia care for those in most need of our support.
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join the fantastic team. This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of up to £55,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- CIPD L7 or currently working towards. Level 5 will be considered if accompanied by previous management experience.
- Must have experience of managing an HR function.
- Must have extensive Employment legislation knowledge and the ability to support all ER related processes.
- A demonstrable record in service improvement.
- Experience in providing effective leadership
- Have experience and extensive knowledge of strategic planning.
- Able to coach and lead by example.
- Would ideally have experience of overseas recruitment and worked in a care environment.
- Car Driver with access to own vehicle with business use insurance cover and willingness to travel to our various sites, when required.
