Description:
We are looking for an exceptional HR Business Partner to support our rapidly growing teams at Anthropic. This highly cross-functional role will be a founding pillar of a small but growing People team, and you’ll work closely with colleagues focused on People Operations, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, L&D, Finance, Legal, and Security, as well as senior leadership. You will help build out our HR policies and strategies, and act as a trusted leader and guide on a wide range of employee-related topics.
Responsibilities:
- Management and leadership engagement - Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related topics and help lead our human resources strategy as we scale
- Employee support - Provide support to employees and managers on all human resource-related topics throughout their lifecycle at Anthropic in partnership with other People team experts (e.g. Benefits, Compensation, L&D , etc.)
- Performance management and employee relations - Work closely with management to create a culture of high performance, manage performance expectations for employees, and effectively manage Employee Relations
- People programs and policies - In partnership with specialist teams (e.g. Benefits, Compensation, L&D, etc.), Leadership, and Finance, build and implement top-tier, scalable programs and policies to attract and retain and grow outstanding talent at Anthropic
- Building out and scaling our HR infrastructure - From testing and selecting new tools to building out employee resources, you will help develop and scale the systems we use to provide an exceptional experience to our employees
- Compliance and administration compliance - Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws in partnership with specialist teams and employment legal as appropriate.
