Description:

This role combines responsibilities with employee engagement, growth, diversity & inclusion, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. As HR Business Partner Associate reporting to the Marine & Offshore Zone HR Manager (IMEA), you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Support HR projects/initiatives, including employer branding, talent acquisition, retention, learning and development….
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes enhancing employer branding initiatives to attract and retain talent,
  • Help to identify training needs and design and organize learning & development programs (translating group tools & solutions to the local needs),
  • Work in close collaboration with Group Learning & Development tribe, D&I team, and the network,
  • Support implementation of Zone’s D&I approach in all aspects of people processes (attract, engage, grow)
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies,
  • Gather and analyze data using HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations to improve processes and practices,
  • As a part of the the Zone’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team, help promote a culture of social responsibility, and engage initiatives as per the zone priority goals.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by the Zone HR Manager.
