JOB SUMMARY
Barclay Meade are currently working with a client who are looking for an interim HR Business partner to help support with organisational development change.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will support the Head of HR - Global Supply Chain and broader project team in providing end-to-end support in remodelling and restructuring Global Demand Planning and Forecasting function. This is very much a hands-on role and will require the postholder to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact in the delivery of change.

HR Business Partner, Organisational development, HR Specialist, HR Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify project deliverables, creating and owning a project plan and driving the implementation of the Demand Planning review project, keeping the relevant stakeholders up to date throughout.
- Working with the Head of HR to challenge where necessary the detail around any restructuring exercise considering the cost efficiencies, proposed structure, skills required and risk to the organisation.
- Provide coaching, guidance and challenge to the stakeholders and wider project group in the application of HR practice, policies, and procedures to minimise risk and financial exposure during any change initiative.
