Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our People & Culture Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with the business to drive initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture, performance, capability, and diversity. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will provide strategic advice, coaching, and guidance to leaders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with business leaders to enable people to deliver business objectives, providing operational and strategic advice, coaching, and consultancy.
- Maintain awareness of relevant employment law, resolve escalated employee queries and grievances, and provide support in complex ER matters.
- Partner with leaders to develop and implement workforce and talent plans, ensuring consistency in people policies, frameworks, and processes.
- Act as a change agent, supporting and advocating for change initiatives within the organization and leading change projects.
- Support the development of a high-performance culture, provide analysis of people metrics, and guide leaders in implementing engagement action plans.
- Coach leaders in interpersonal and people leadership capabilities, identify capability gaps, and support capability building initiatives.
