POSITION OVERVIEW

Looking for a Role Where You Can Drive Change? As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at Calian, you’ll do just that. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), you’ll be the strategic talent partner to an assigned business unit/corporate service, bridging the gap between strategic business planning and talent management.
The HRBP plays a vital role in connecting strategic business objectives with talent priorities, ensuring alignment, and driving the success of our corporate talent programming. By contributing to Human Resources practices and objectives, you’ll help foster an employee-oriented company culture that prioritizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience:Bring a minimum of 10 years’ experience in HR or business leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving operational and strategic excellence.
  • Collaboration:Excel in building relationships with diverse stakeholders and navigating complex challenges with grace and respect.
  • Passion for People:Above all, demonstrate a dedication to empowering individuals and teams to reach their full potential, fostering an inclusive, engaging employee experience.

  • M&A Integration Support:Guide the assessment of potential acquisition targets from an HR perspective, build relationships with future leaders, and ensure seamless integration efforts. Your expertise will help preserve our unique culture while welcoming new talent.
