Join a dynamic organization committed to providing the highest quality services across the state. The highly-regarded NSW Government department are seeking a HR Business Partner to work directly with the Chief People Officer and Manager, Partnering on an organisational restructure plan.
The successful candidate must have strong partnering and restructure experience with a focus on people and culture change.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Chief People Officer in this HR Business Partnering role, your key accountabilities include:

  • Collaborating with the business to clarify HR change intentions and assess their impacts.
  • Developing well-crafted written materials such as change plans and implementation strategies.
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as Payroll and People Partnering to develop comprehensive role descriptions.
  • Reviewing employee records and role specifications, ensuring accurate capture of staff impacts.
  • Offering recommendations and articulate policy settings related to mobility and redeployment.
  • Preparing implementation plans, providing regular progress reports

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.
  • Strong change management skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Experience in delivery of integrated advice and services across a full range of people, culture and workforce programs.
  • Familiarity with working on HR restructure plans and projects will be highly favoured
