DESCRIPTION:
Your days will be filled with variety. Some of your key tasks will include:
Work collaboratively with employees, the People and Culture (P&C) Manager, and the Executive Management Group (EMG)
Provide strategic input on HR-related issues
Develop initiatives aligned with CoAct’s business objectives
Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development
Lead core HR processes to enhance organisational effectiveness
Develop and monitor HR policies in line with employment law and CoAct objectives
Improve HR programs, such as recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning and Development
